Architectural/Design Review (ARC)
The Architectural/Design Review Committee consists of two to three members who meet at least once a month to review homeowners applications (blank form available in Documents). This Committee is responsible for reviewing each Architectural applications based on the Shadow Lakes CC&Rs (Covenants, Codes and Restrictions) and the Residents' Informational Handbook.
Community Social Activities (CSA)
To improve the pleasant, neighborly atmosphere in Shadow Lakes, the Community Social Activities Committee is involved in various items of interest to Shadow Lakes Homeowners. Neighborhood Watch Program
The purpose of the Shadow Lakes Neighborhood Watch (SLNW) program is to help make our neighborhoods friendlier, safer, and more crime free. A steering committee consisting of 3 co-chairs…Linda Nakaji, Marilyn Van Goor, and Aida Handt coordinates this program. There are 10 neighborhood watch groups in SL with a NW group leader for each group (3 groups in BH). If you are interested in learning more about the SLBHNW effort and/or want to receive the monthly SLNW newsletter and crime alerts, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
